Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn
Burn for no longer than 3–4 hours at a time

Return Policy:We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged during delivery, you may return it within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Returns are only accepted for items damaged in transit.
Burned candles or products with customization errors made by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
