How do I place an order?

Add your chosen candles to the cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We’ll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

 

I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it.

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

 

Which courier do you use?

To guarantee consistent and dependable service, all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

Are your candles handmade?

Yes, each candle is handmade in small batches with great care and attention to detail.

 

Will my candle look exactly like the photos?

Because our candles are handmade, slight variations may occur — making each one unique.

 

🔥 Candle Care & Safety

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the top during the first burn (around 2–3 hours) to prevent tunnelling.

 

How should I trim the wick?

Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn for a clean, safe flame.

 

🔁 Returns & Damaged Items

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

 

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted only for damaged or faulty items due to the handmade nature of our products.
