Elly Rose Studio creates hand-poured, handmade candles, crafted with care and attention to detail.
Each candle is made by us, ensuring a unique and personal touch in every product.

Handmade Nature of Our Products

All our candles are individually poured by hand, so slight variations in colour, scent, or appearance may occur.
These differences make each item unique and are a natural part of the handmade process.

Orders and Payments

  • Orders are accepted through our website.

  • All prices are listed in GBP currency, inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraud is suspected.

Processing and Shipping

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.

  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European countries.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK: 3–7 business days after dispatch

    • Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on postal services and customs procedures.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.

Candle Safety

Please follow the safety instructions provided with each candle.
EllyRose Candles is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Basic safety tips:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.

  • Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

All images, designs, descriptions, and content on this website are the property of EllyRose Candles.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without our prior written consent.

EllyRose Candles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
